HR officerFull-time All year roundSept 26Wandsworth Secondary SchoolWe are currently working with a secondary school in Wandsworth who are looking for a HR Officer to join their school on a full-time basis from September 2026.The Role You will be responsible for providing support in the various human resources and functions, which include recruitment, staffing, policies and procedures, performance monitoring and payroll processing. This opportunity will suit someone who is passionate about HR and highly organised. Ideally, you will have knowledge of various HR functions. The school want to see a committed and approachable individual.Key Duties:Key link to the principal for staff recruitment, maintenance of Personnel information (Arbor), HR operational procedures, i.e., sickness absence recording and monitoring for whole staff bodyTo perform all payroll administration on payroll portal including monthly checking of report and submitting staff additional hours claims to third party provider deadlines.To administer the whole recruitment process following Safer Recruiting guidelines including placing advertisements, circulating recruitment packs, organising the interview timetable and compiling interview packsConduct all new starter recruitment checks and compliance ahead of start dates and following up on missing information with individual or third partiesIssue Offer Letters and Contracts as agreed by Interview Panel Lead and associated employment documentation.Organise for ..... full job details .....
