HR AdministratorDo you have experience within school-based HR, safer recruitment or compliance, and a keen eye for detail?Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm (35 hours per week) Location: Cobham (own transport essential due to location) Contract: Permanent, Full Time Salary: Competitive plus excellent benefits including pension, life assurance, private medical insurance, income protection, EAP, free parking, discounted lunches, on-site gym and swimming pool access, cycle to work scheme and more.Our client is looking for an HR Administrator to join their friendly and supportive HR team.Main Responsibilities:Coordinate and monitor pre-employment and safeguarding checks.Manage Enhanced DBS, right to work, reference and employment history checks.Conduct overseas and international compliance checks where required.Maintain and monitor the Single Central Register (SCR).Ensure employee records are accurate, complete and fully compliant.Identify, investigate and follow up on compliance gaps and outstanding actions.Support audits, inspections and compliance reviews.Provide HR administration support across the employee lifecycle.Assist with recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration and employee records.Prepare HR documentation and correspondence.Work closely with managers, candidates, agencies and internal stakeholders.Support continuous improvement projects and process enhancements across the HR function.What We''re Looking For:Previous experience in a school-based HR, ..... full job details .....
