Managing a busy reception area and ensuring the front of house always looks immaculate. Answering and directing incoming telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner. Greeting customers and directing them to the relevant members of the sales or service teams. Managing customer appointments and notifying relevant colleagues of arrivals.
