Receptionist / Front of House

Location: Leamington Spa
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

We are currently recruiting for an exceptional Receptionist / Front of House professional to join a prestigious car dealership based in Leamington Spa.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes real pride in their appearance, enjoys meeting and welcoming people, and understands the importance of delivering an outstanding customer experience.

As the first point of contact for customers and visitors, you will play a key role in representing the dealership, ensuring everyone receives a warm, professional and first-class welcome.

Initially offered on a temporary basis, this role has the potential to become permanent for the right person.

• Acting as the first point of contact for all customers and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome.

• Managing a busy reception area and ensuring the front of house always looks immaculate.

• Answering and directing incoming telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner.

• Greeting customers and directing them to the relevant members of the sales or service teams.

• Managing customer appointments and notifying relevant colleagues of arrivals.

• Providing refreshments and ensuring customers feel comfortable and well looked after.

• Supporting the wider dealership team with general administrative and reception duties.

• Maintaining the exceptionally high standards expected within a prestigious automotive environment.

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and understands the importance of making an excellent first impression.

You will ideally have previous experience in a reception, front of house, hospitality or customer-facing role, although personality, attitude and presentation are equally important.

You will need:

• First-class communication and interpersonal skills, both face-to-face and over the telephone.

• An exceptionally professional and well-presented appearance.

• A warm, friendly and approachable personality.

• The ability to remain calm, organised and composed in a busy environment.

• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach.

• Confidence when dealing with customers at all levels.
