Key responsibilities include: Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support Transcribing AI-assisted dictation accurately Managing diaries, appointments and meetings Maintaining electronic case management systems and client records Handling client enquiries professionally by telephone and email Producing accurate legal documentation and correspondence Supporting monthly billing, money on account and payment of disbursements Using legal and office software including Bundledocs, Adobe Pro, Excel and Lexis Smart Forms About you: You will have previous secretarial or PA experience within a Private Client department, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines.
