Legal Secretary, 12 + months experience, Oxfordshire, circa £25,000 –£28,000. An excellent opportunity to join a national law firm. The firm is seeking an organised Float Secretary to provide essential secretarial and administrative support across its office in Oxfordshire. Job ref: 5727

•Provide flexible secretarial, typing and administrative support to the team, Oxford office and wider firm, helping ensure the smooth running of day to day operations.

•Support colleagues across different teams with a range of administrative tasks, maintaining high standards of accuracy, efficiency and service.

•Work with a firm whose recognised experts advise a diverse client base, including businesses, property developers, housebuilders, farmers, landowners, landed estates, entrepreneurs and private individuals.

•Previous secretarial or administrative experience is required, ideally within a legal or professional services environment. Strong typing and IT skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential.

•You will have a professional and flexible approach, strong communication and organisational skills, and the confidence to work independently while working with colleagues at all levels.
