Key Duties and Responsibilities: Providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support to fee earners across the firm. Preparing, formatting and amending a variety of legal documents and correspondence. Organising and maintaining accurate legal files and documentation. Carrying out audio, digital and copy typing. Handling incoming and outgoing post, emails and correspondence. Monitoring deadlines relating to client matters and ensuring relevant fee earners are notified promptly. Maintaining and updating client files, both electronically and in hard copy. Assisting with general office administration, including photocopying, scanning, filing and document management. Providing flexible support across different departments and teams as required.
