This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and customer-focused Site Manager with a strong background in occupied social housing refurbishment. You will be responsible for delivering programmes of kitchen and bathroom replacements, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations across kitchen and bathroom renewal schemes. Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour, suppliers, and resident liaison teams. Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme requirements and client expectations. Maintain high standards of health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance. Carry out regular site inspections, audits, and progress meetings. Monitor project performance, addressing any programme or quality issues proactively.
