As the Analyst for Global Compensation you will be responsible for supporting Burberry’s compensation approachwithin the broader reward strategy. Your role willsupport activities across a broad range of compensation elements, including base pay benchmarking,bonus and variable pay programme development and management (including retail variable payplans), job evaluation, pay transparency support, salary range development, and externalbenchmarking.RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be involved inAssisting in the design, implementation, and communication of competitive global compensation programmes aligned with business strategy and local market practicesSupporting the annual reward review process through data analysis, reporting for HR Business Partners and in preparation of communications materialsMaintaining, refresh and enhance compensation data systems and tools including job codes to improve efficiency and reporting capabilitiesCarrying out job evaluations and partner with HR and the business to improve transparency into our grading structureMonitoring global compensation trends and best practices, recommending adjustments to keep programs competitive and aligned with organisational goalsSupporting our global approach to pay transparency, advising on communication frameworks, governance, and compliance across regionsSupporting our approach to market benchmarking to ensure global compensation survey data allows us to assess market competitiveness and to ensure that we adopt the best approach to the provision of market dataPERSONAL PROFILE

Proactive and excited at the prospect of solving problems in a state of business transformationCompensation or broader reward experienceExperience in managing bonus and incentive pay programmesKnowledge of compensation benchmarking tools and job evaluation methodologies (e.g. Radford, Mercer, Willis Towers Watson)Ability to analyse complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations and process improvementsGood communication and stakeholder management skillsComfortable navigating ambiguity and change and managing multiple priorities in a fastpaced, global environmentProven experience of adopting a mindset of continuous improvement to make current ways of working more efficient and effectiveFOOTER
