We are searching for a passionate Compensation Analyst to join a fast paced and agile Reward team. You will need exceptionally strong analytical compensation experience, and be comfortable working in an ever changing environment.Key responsibilities

Support the annual merit review.Own bonus modelling, and benchmarking processes.Manage and administer deferred compensation programs.Provide ad-hoc support on Reward projects.Produce statutory reports.Answer employee queries around reward.Desired experience

Excellent analytical skills - bonus modelling, data analystsExperience working in a very fast paced business - tech / FS background desirableAbility to create reports and dashboardsSeniority level
