As part of the charity’s ambitious growth and development plan, we are looking for a Corporate Partnerships and Community Fundraiser to join the fundraising team to maintain and develop a range of fundraising relationships at local and national level. We’re looking for a relationship-focused corporate partnerships and community fundraising professional to join the growing team. With a prominent cause in the spotlight, you will have the opportunity to develop a variety of relationships, supporting the crucial work of this much-loved charity.

Corporate Partnerships and Community Fundraiser

Full Time, Permanent

Oxfordshire with Flexible and Hybrid Working

4 days per month in the office

Willingness and ability to travel to meetings required (expenses reimbursed)

Up to £35,000 per annum

Responsibilities

Engage with local businesses and organisations to actively develop supporters to donate income

Work collaboratively on a variety of corporate partnerships including sponsorships, charity of the year, strategic partnerships and employee fundraising / volunteering

Prepare and present high-quality new business proposals, pitches, and presentations to win new business

Manage, monitor, and increase donations through community focused fundraising

Provide volunteer management - training and equipping regional volunteers to identify and engage local corporate supporters

Plan and oversee fundraising events that engage corporate partners, their employees and the wider community

Ideal candidates will have

Experience within a fundraising role specialising in corporate partnerships

Experience in public speaking with the ability to hold a variety of audiences

Ability to create and maintain key relationships with businesses’ and senior professionals

Excellent networking skills

A passion for fundraising

The ability to work collaboratively in a small team

Driver’s Licence and access to own vehicle (car allowance provided)
