WR Fundraising Recruitment are excited to once again be working with a national charity focussing on a range of community support from financial and welfare through to mental health and wellbeing programmes.As part of the charity’s ambitious growth and development plan, we are looking for a Corporate Partnerships and Community Fundraiser to join the fundraising team to maintain and develop a range of fundraising relationships at local and national level.We’re looking for a relationship focussed corporate partnerships and community fundraising professional to join the growing team. With a prominent cause in the spotlight, you will have the opportunity to develop a variety of relationships, supporting the crucial work of this much-loved charity.Role : Corporate Partnerships and Community FundraiserEmployment type : Full Time, PermanentLocation : Oxfordshire with Flexible and Hybrid WorkingOffice presence : 4 days per month in the officeTravel : Willingness and ability to travel to meetings required (expenses reimbursed)Salary : Up to £35,000 per annumDuties will include:Engage with local businesses and organisations to actively develop supporters to donate incomeWork collaboratively on a variety of corporate partnerships including sponsorships, charity of the year, strategic partnerships and employee fundraising/ volunteeringPrepare and present high-quality new business proposals, pitches, and presentations to win new businessManage, monitor, and increase donations through community focussed fundraisingProvide volunteer management - training and equipping regional volunteers to identify and engage local corporate supportersPlan and oversee fundraising events that engage corporate partners, their employees and the wider communityIdeal candidates will have:Experience within a fundraising role specialising in corporate partnershipsExperience in public speaking with the ability to hold a variety of audiencesAbility to create and maintain key relationships with businesses’ and senior professionalsThe ability to work collaboratively in a small teamDrivers Licence and access to own vehicle (car allowance provided)To apply and for further information, please email a copy of your CV in the first instance.WR Fundraising Recruitment are passionate about bringing together talented fundraising professionals with fantastic organisations.
