We are partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit an Employee Benefit Technical Support Executive to provide specialist technical support to Strategic Employee Benefit Consultants. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your expertise across pensions, group protection, healthcare, and wellbeing schemes while working closely with corporate clients and advisers. What You ll Do: Deliver technical support to consultants on employee benefit schemes, including workplace pensions, group protection, healthcare, and wellbeing. Conduct technical, market, and product research to inform client recommendations. Prepare quotes, renewal recommendations, and new client reports. Support advisers with PowerPoint presentations and governance reporting. Take ownership of technical queries from corporate clients and employees, providing accurate and timely responses. Manage post-implementation activities for systems including issuing communications, reports, and resolving pension queries. Monitor service delivery of providers, ensuring up-to-date knowledge on products and processes. Attend client meetings as a technical expert, providing insight and specialist guidance where required.
