Established over 25 years ago, the Corporate side of the business is now keen to hire an experienced Strategic Employee Benefits Consultant to join its rapidly expanding EB team.THE ROLEReporting to the Sales Director, the Strategic Employee Benefits Consultant''s key duties will include:Managing an employee benefit portfolio of corporate clientsDelivering regulated advice and scheme management services on workplace pension, protection, healthcare and wellbeing benefits to the employer and employeesPromoting the value of employee benefit schemes to existing corporate clients and their employeesSecuring new corporate clients and additional employee benefit schemes and services from existing corporate clientsBuilding meaningful and lasting business relationships with the corporate clients and employeesREQUIREMENTSCandidates interested in the Strategic Employee Benefits Consultant vacancy will need the following criteria:Part qualified in the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, or betterExperience of advising on Employee Benefits, including workplace pension schemesGroup Risk and Healthcare scheme experienceREMUNERATION / PACKAGEThe package for the Strategic Employee Benefits Consultant vacancy is as follows:Up to £75,000Hybrid working availableLucrative bonus structure25 days annual leaveDISStudy supportVarious other benefitsNext steps:If you are happy to apply for this position, please click on the Apply button and attach an updated copy of your CV.
