Make a difference as a Teaching Assistant - Secondary

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support our Secondary team in an Alternative Provision setting (ages 11-16). This is a permanent, term-time role (36 hours/week, Monday-Friday).

The successful candidate will have strong support skills, good all-round subject knowledge, and an understanding of special education, mainstream, or Pupil Referral Units.

You will be:

• Passionate about inclusion and raising achievement for vulnerable students.

• An outstanding practitioner with high expectations of behaviour and learning.

• Able to maintain high standards while meeting complex needs.

• An excellent communicator with pupils, staff, parents, and stakeholders.
