We''re determined that won''t happen here, and we''re looking for the person who''ll make sure of it. At DFN Project SEARCH, we help young people with learning disabilities and autism move into meaningful, paid employment through supported internships with host employers across the UK. We''ve grown quickly, and our ambition is to support 10,000 interns by 2030. To get there, we need systems that can grow with us. Right now, too much of what we know sits in spreadsheets, workarounds and the heads of key people. So we''re investing in a new CRM, and the project is already under way. We''re choosing our technology partner in November and aiming to go live next September. We need someone in-house to take ownership of it from start to finish. A bit about the role You''ll be our CRM subject matter expert. You''ll report to our Head of Quality and work closely with the wider project team led by our Finance Director. There''s no in-house IT team, so your expertise really matters.
