Responsibilities of the Health and Safety Manager will include: Lead and develop the health, safety, environment, and quality (HSE) strategies across the business. Oversee compliance with UK safety legislation, ISO standards, and environmental requirements. Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations to proactively manage safety risks. Develop and deliver HSE training to support ongoing employee engagement and competence. The successful Health and Safety Manager will have: Proven experience managing HSE within construction, utilities, or water sectors.
