As the company continues to grow and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of health and safety an opportunity has arisen for an experienced SHEQ Manager to join the business. This is a key position within the organisation, working closely with senior management, project teams, operational colleagues and site based personnel to ensure SHEQ policies, procedures and best practices are embedded throughout the business. The successful candidate will be proactive, commercially aware and confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, providing practical advice and ensuring a positive culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Lead SHEQ activities across multiple construction and MandE projects, ensuring consistent standards across sites. Carry out regular site inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with legislation, client requirements and company procedures. Review and approve RAMS, risk assessments and safe systems of work for project activities.
