HSE Manager - Civil Engineering and Rail InfrastructureLocation: Stratford, East LondonJob Type: Permanent Full-TimeSector: Civil Engineering, Rail and InfrastructureThe OpportunityWe are currently recruiting for an experienced HSE Manager to join a leading civil engineering and infrastructure contractor delivering major projects across London and the surrounding areas.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Health, Safety and Environmental professional with a strong background in civil engineering, ideally with exposure to rail, London Underground and temporary works.Reporting to the Head of HSE, you will be responsible for overseeing health, safety and environmental performance across multiple projects, supporting operational teams and ensuring compliance with legislation, industry standards and company procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee HSE performance across multiple civil engineering and infrastructure projects.Provide technical HSE advice and guidance to site teams, project managers and operational staff.Lead, support and mentor HSE Advisors across the region.Conduct regular site inspections, audits and compliance reviews.Ensure compliance with HSE legislation, client requirements and company procedures.Lead accident and incident investigations, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.Monitor HSE performance, analyse trends and produce reports for senior management.Support temporary works safety arrangements, inspections ..... full job details .....
