Onsite support analyst - Woburn - 32,000- 35,000 DOE I''m seeking an experienced Onsite support analyst for a leading IT Service provider based in the Bedfordshire area. They are looking for someone with a good technical background across Infrastructure and Networking, supporting one client in the area. You will work on one client site, with some travel to multiple offices, ensuring that IT problems are either resolved or escalated within the agreed SLAs.
