As well as daily client interaction, the team lies at the heart of a busy operation and the job will see you interfacing with: project managers, software engineers, sales and marketing, and a data team.This varied opportunity has a focus on customer support, testing, and system configuration for new and existing clients:30-40% Customer support work typically email and web portal, with some phone support40% Testing changes, new releases, log work20% Projects e.g. configuring new systems for client implementation work Support Analyst the person:The company is growing and would like someone who wants to be part of their journey, a person who can really settle into this role, learn and grow with it for the long-term.
