About the Role

TLG Infrastructure are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large build project involving, new superstructure, associated civils and temporary works.

The right Project Manager will have experience delivering projects from start to finish a preferable, from a subcontractor background delivering large RC structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the construction of deep basement and RC structural works.
• Coordinate and oversee temporary works, including excavation support, propping, shoring, and associated engineering requirements.
• Lead project planning, programming, and resource allocation.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, temporary works designers, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, and commercial performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
• Chair project meetings and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Manage programme interfaces between temporary works, excavation, and permanent RC construction activities.
• Drive efficient project delivery while maintaining high technical and safety standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing reinforced concrete structures
• Strong understanding of excavation support systems, temporary works procedures, and RC construction methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and coordinate complex site operations.
• Relevant construction or civil engineering qualification.
• Knowledge of project planning software and commercial management processes.
• SMSTS, CSCS, and other relevant site management certifications preferred.
