Electrical Project Manager - Data Centres

An established M&E subcontractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to support the delivery of major data centre projects. This is an opportunity to join a reputable building services business specialising in complex, technically demanding installations within the critical infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of electrical packages from pre-construction through to completion and handover.

• Manage project programmes, budgets, resources and subcontractor performance.

• Coordinate electrical design development, technical submissions and installation activities.

• Oversee procurement, cost control, variations and commercial reporting.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements, quality standards and project specifications.

• Manage testing, commissioning and final project handover.

• Maintain effective working relationships with clients, consultants and project stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the M&E or building services sector.

• Strong technical knowledge of electrical installations and project delivery.

• Experience delivering data centre or critical infrastructure projects is highly advantageous.

• Demonstrable experience managing project teams, subcontractors, programmes and budgets.

• Excellent leadership, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
