This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for the right individual, with a permanent position available following a successful temporary period.Please note: This is a full-time, ongoing role and not suitable for short-term or stop-gap candidates.About the Role:You will be responsible for delivering a high standard of service over the telephone, handling a variety of customer enquiries in a professional, efficient, and friendly manner. Working within a supportive and well-structured team, you will play a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring queries are resolved accurately and promptly.Key Responsibilities:Handling incoming calls from customers with professionalism and confidenceAccurately logging and updating customer records using internal systemsProviding clear information and resolving enquiries within agreed timeframesManaging your time effectively to meet call targets and response deadlinesWorking collaboratively with colleagues across departmentsEssential Skills and Attributes:Confident telephone mannerExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong time
