Analyse financial performance, identify trends and recommend practical solutions. Monitor KPIs including revenue, margin, labour, stock and costs. Maintain strong financial controls, governance and compliance. Support business improvement projects, change initiatives and strategic decision-making. Build strong relationships with finance and operational teams, helping drive a culture of continuous improvement.
