This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified finance professional to take ownership of budgeting, forecasting and financial planning across an organisation with annual income of approximately £20 million. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will manage a small team of Finance Business Partners and play a key role in supporting senior leaders with financial insight, forecasting and strategic decision-making. As the Finance Manager, you will be required to: Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities across the organisation. Manage, coach and develop a small team of Finance Business Partners, ensuring the delivery Take responsibility for forecasting and modelling income budgets of a similar scale, approximately £20m+, ensuring robust assumptions and clear financial insight.
