Operating across multiple locations, they are expanding their footprint and entering new geographic areas as part of an exciting growth journey.The successful candidate will be a commercially minded Part Qualified Management Accountant, reporting into the Financial Controller, providing management reporting, financial control, KPI reporting, business partnering and commercial analysis. This is a hybrid position providing 4 days working from home, 1 office based day.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the preparation of monthly management accountsAssist with the production of weekly KPI and trading reportsPerform revenue recognition activities and balance sheet reconciliationsSupport budgeting and forecasting processesDevelop and enhance management information and conversion reportingDrive process improvements and strengthen financial controls alongside operational teamsSupport systems development and continuous improvement initiativesProvide commercial insight and analysis to support business decision-making We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growing business.
