Experienced Occupational Therapist Grade: PO6 Job Reference: PC0048P Reporting to: Team Leader Occupational Therapy Service Area: Adult Social Care Professional Registration: Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Occupational Therapist to join the Occupational Therapy Service, supporting adults across the borough to maintain and regain their independence, improve their quality of life and achieve positive outcomes. You will undertake specialist occupational therapy assessments, working with individuals, families and carers to identify needs, manage risks and develop practical solutions that promote independence and wellbeing. You will work with people with complex, changing and progressive conditions, providing specialist advice and recommendations around equipment, adaptations, moving and handling and ongoing care needs. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist who is confident working autonomously, managing complex cases and contributing to a multidisciplinary service.
