Manpower is currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Assistant to join a well-established and prestigious College in Oxford City Centre on a Permanent basis. Salary Offered is £33000pa and expectations to be on call for out of hour duties on a rota basis. Please note a Full UK Driving Licence is needed Closing date for applications is 22nd November 2026 About the Role This is a hands-on maintenance position supporting the day-to-day upkeep, repair and compliance of a large and busy estate. The successful candidate will carry out a mix of planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs and general maintenance duties. This role would suit someone with previous building maintenance experience who is practical, reliable, customer-focused and comfortable working in a varied environment where no two days are the same.Please note: This is not purely a facilities inspection role.
