Maintenance Assistant - Luxury Residential Development Location: Putney, South West LondonSalary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (DOE)Contract: Permanent, Full-TimeHours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (1-hour unpaid lunch)Reports to: Maintenance Manager / Property Manager About the Role We are seeking a hardworking, reliable and hands-on Maintenance Assistant to support the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of a luxury residential development comprising approximately 90 apartments in Putney. This is a varied, practical role supporting the wider maintenance operations of the building, including general repairs, preventative maintenance, communal inspections and contractor assistance. We are looking for someone with at least 1 year''s hands-on maintenance experience who is eager to develop their skills, takes pride in their work and is happy to get stuck in. Please note: Candidates must live locally to Putney and have a manageable commute to the development. Key Responsibilities General Maintenance and Repairs Assist with day-to-day maintenance and repairs throughout the development. Carry out basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, decorating and general handyman tasks. Respond to reactive maintenance requests and report more complex issues to the Maintenance Manager. Support minor repairs, replacements and improvement works. Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
