We are working in partnership with a well established UK manufacturer based in Bolton, part of a larger group organisation, to recruit for an HR Manager. This is a hands on standalone HR position within a busy manufacturing environment, responsible for delivering a professional HR service across the full employee lifecycle whilst supporting wider business objectives. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting managers and employees, ensuring compliance, driving engagement and development initiatives, and contributing towards continuous improvement across the organisation. You will form part of the Senior Management Team whilst maintaining ownership of the site HR function. Working closely with employees, managers and senior leadership, you will be involved in a broad range of HR activities including employee relations, recruitment, workforce planning, employee development, organisational change and compliance. You will also work collaboratively with the wider Group HR team to share best practice, support group initiatives and contribute to wider HR projects across the business.
