Key Responsibilities Providing day-to-day administrative support to the warehouse team. Collecting, collating and updating stock information using Excel. Maintaining accurate stock records and spreadsheets. Inputting data and ensuring information is recorded correctly. Reviewing stock information and highlighting any discrepancies or inconsistencies. Preparing and updating spreadsheets and stock reports as required. Organising and maintaining warehouse-related administrative records. Communicating with relevant colleagues to obtain and clarify stock information. Supporting the smooth running of warehouse administration. Assisting with general administrative duties where required.
