This is a unique opportunity to join the team during a time of significant growth. The diverse administrative role on offer will be based at Hams Hall and will require the individual(s) to be flexible in all aspects of on-site administration.

 

Key responsibilities will include:

 

• Manage and process all warehouse-related documentation accurately and efficiently
  
  
• Support goods-in and goods-out operations, ensuring all paperwork is completed and recorded correctly
  
  
• Input and maintain data within Warehouse Management Systems (SAP) and internal systems
  
  
• Coordinate with transport, suppliers, and internal departments to support daily operations
  
  
• Monitor and track inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely updates
  
  
• Produce operational reports and maintain accurate administrative records
  
  
• Assist with inventory updates and stock adjustments where required
  
  
• Handle queries relating to deliveries, stock, and operational issues
  
  
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, policies, and health & safety standards
  
  
• Support the wider team with general administrative duties
  
  

• Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a warehouse or logistics environment
  
  
• Experience using WMS, ERP systems, preferably SAP or similar platforms
  
  
• Excellent organisational skills and strong interpersonal skills
  
  
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  
  
• Effective written and oral communication & Team Player
  
  
• Microsoft Skills: Excel, Word, Outlook. Basic to Intermediate level
