Senior Finance Business Partner - Interim to Permanent Location: Home CountiesWorking Pattern: Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office An established and highly regarded Housing Association is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner to join its finance function on an interim basis, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position. This is a key role partnering with senior stakeholders across a range of operational areas, including Development, Asset Management, Care and Support. The successful candidate will provide meaningful financial insight, support strategic decision-making and drive improvements across financial processes and controls. Key Responsibilities: Lead finance business partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple operational areas. Oversee management accounts, budget setting, monthly financial reviews and reporting. Produce insightful financial reports, providing analysis and commentary to support decision-making. Constructively challenge operational leads on expenditure, budgets and financial performance. Identify and implement process improvements, including enhancing coding structures and the monitoring and tracking of spend. Strengthen financial controls, reporting processes and overall financial efficiency. Manage and develop a small team, providing leadership and guidance.
