I am currently working with a fast-growing pharmaceutical manufacturing business that is looking to appoint a Senior Finance Business Partner. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly commercial finance team, partnering with senior stakeholders across the business and playing a key role in driving strategic decision-making across manufacturing and operational functions.

Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning process across key manufacturing operations and business units.
• Delivering insightful financial analysis, modelling and scenario planning to support commercial and operational decision-making.
• Partnering with manufacturing, supply chain and operational teams to provide commercial and financial guidance.
• Producing monthly performance reporting and presenting key insights to senior leadership.
• Supporting business cases, operational investment decisions and strategic projects across the business.
• Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes, controls and reporting capabilities.
• Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and acting as a trusted business partner.
• Mentoring and developing junior members of the finance team.

What you''ll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with experience operating in a Finance Business Partner or Finance Manager capacity. Experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing, life sciences, FMCG or another manufacturing/production-led environment would be highly desirable. Experience building financial models from scratch would be a bonus.
