As a Senior Client Executive, you will develop deep client relationships, deliver annual revenue targets, and shape multi-channel campaigns that utilise new tech and media opportunities.Who you areAs a Senior Client Executive, you are a results-driven professional with a deep understanding of our business capabilities, insights, and communications capabilities, and the retail landscape, particularly in the GM industry. With 1-2 years of client management experience, you have a proven track record in building strong client relationships and delivering against annual revenue targets. You bring expertise in marketing practices, along with strong project management, communication, and presentation skills to address client objectives, provide tailored solutions, and manage all client activity within budget and timelines. You are self-motivated, proactive, contribute to the wider team, and stay informed on industry trends and competitive threats to leverage opportunities for our clients.What you\''ll doThis Senior Client Executive in the Non Food Grocery team has a key set of requirements. Your primary responsibility will be to develop a deep understanding of our business and capabilities, as well as Sainsbury\''s, so you can effectively manage client relationships and deliver on annual revenue targets. Your time will be split across 2 sub-teams, with the ambition that you perform a couple of different functions:Ownership of 2-3 key client accounts. One of these will be our largest account and provide an opportunity to deliver Best in Class activations end-to-end across our store media and digital propositions.You will build strong relationships with clients to identify revenue opportunities and apply Nectar360 solutions based on their objectives, providing a foundation for developing your Client Service skills and progression within the business.Support function across the team for admin-based tasks critical to maintaining strong service levels, including:

Management of compliance reporting across campaigns for clients in our categoriesMaintenance of status and activation trackersDelivery and write-up of campaign evaluation across store channels, targeted media, and offsite data-driven digital campaignsMonitoring results performance and providing optimization recommendations in our Ecommerce platformCreation and maintenance of client-facing collateral (e.g., rate cards, events, deadlines, case studies, decks)

As part of this dual function, you will be an important conduit across the team and with the wider virtual team.
