Supporting learners with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, you will build trusting relationships that encourage confidence, independence and positive routines. Working alongside teachers, you will support classroom learning, small groups and individual sessions, contribute to education and behaviour plans, and record progress. You will also collaborate with families, therapists and psychologists to help learners overcome barriers to learning.
