Learning Support Assistant Further Education College Location: Loughton, EssexJob Type: Full-time Start Date: ASAPPay Rate: £120 - £150 (based on experience) We are currently recruiting a dedicated and supportive Learning Support Assistant to join a college in Loughton, supporting young people with their learning, development and day-to-day access to education. The Role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff to provide 1:1 and small-group support to learners, helping them access lessons, develop confidence and become more independent.
