Customer Service Advisor
Location: Yate
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:30
Duration: Ongoing


We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly and supportive team based in Yate. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries in a timely manner
• Process customer orders, requests, and system updates
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service standards
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions

• Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable, but not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
• Ability to manage workload effectively
• Confident using computer systems, including Microsoft Office
