This is not a sales or search / headhunting role as you will work with external recruitment partners and current network referrals. A predominantly remote role (c. 6 days in the office per month) - great London office in Farringdon but the business also has smaller hubs nationwide with offices to work from. You will be involved in the initial part of the recruitment journey by receiving candidates from external recruiters, conducting initial phone / video screening calls ensuring alignment and fit with company values. You will manage candidate progression through the application process: scheduling interviews, providing feedback, ensuring data accuracy and a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment experience.
