Learning and Development Coordinator
Outline: This is fantastic opportunity for someone who would like work for a medical company, working in a Learning and Development role for a 12+ month FTC. Ideal for someone with experience in a LandD role and wanting to work for an award winning company who are supporting the UK healthcare system daily! The Role: This is hybrid role, 3 days in the office near Slough and 2 days WFH (you must work in the office at least some Mondays and Fridays!) This is a 12-14 month FTC but the successful applicant will be considered for other suitable roles within the business. You will coordinate and support delivery of training programmes, including technical, onboarding, soft skills and e-learning initiatives. It is vital that you maintain accurate training records and compliance documentation in the Learning Management System (LMS) In the role, you will support ISO13485 compliance by following controlled processes and participating in internal and external audits It s essential that you manage credentialling requirements for employees requiring hospital access.
