This role involves leading and managing the team on the event floor, coordinating with internal departments, and addressing any issues that may arise to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The Events Floor Manager ensures that all event requirements are met in accordance with the hotel''s high standards, focusing on guest satisfaction, safety, and the efficient management of event logistics. This role embodies the company''s core values of heart, head, and hands, including being supportive, connected, refined, caring, genuine, positive, focused, creative, and entrepreneurial.ABOUT YOUPrevious experience in event management, hospitality, or a similar role, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory position (required).Proven ability to manage event logistics, supervise teams, and provide excellent service during events.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm and resourceful in high-pressure situations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, internal teams, and external suppliers.A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable guest experience.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsA strong desire to learn and develop a career within luxury hospitalityGood level of written and spoken EnglishFlexibility to work varied hoursTakes pride in own professional groomingAbility and resilience to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environmentPride and attention to detail in your workConfidence and professionalism when interacting with high profile guestsA qualification in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred but not required).Knowledge of event management software or booking systems (preferred).Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).ABOUT CORINTHIACorinthia London combines contemporary flair with traditional grandeur.
