Resident Liaison Officer (RLO)

North London | Up to -35,000 + Package

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join an established construction contractor working on a social housing refurbishment project in North London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and personable individual with previous Resident Liaison experience within social housing, planned maintenance or refurbishment projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining positive relationships with residents, ensuring they are kept informed, supported and reassured throughout the works.

The Role

• Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout refurbishment and planned maintenance works.

• Liaise with residents to explain upcoming works, project timescales and potential disruption.

• Arrange appointments and access for site teams and subcontractors.

• Provide regular updates to residents regarding progress and changes to schedules.

• Manage resident queries, concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently.

• Support vulnerable residents and ensure their needs are considered throughout the works.

• Coordinate closely with Site Managers, subcontractors and project teams to ensure smooth delivery.

• Carry out resident satisfaction surveys and maintain accurate records.

• Assist with the management and resolution of issues arising during the programme.

• Ensure a high standard of customer care is maintained throughout the project.

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Resident Liaison Officer within social housing, refurbishment or planned maintenance.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent customer service skills with a professional and approachable manner.

• Ability to manage resident expectations and resolve issues effectively.

• Experience dealing with vulnerable residents would be advantageous.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.

Salary & Package

• Salary: Up to -35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

• Package: Additional package to be discussed.
