The successful candidate will have a strong practical understanding of mechanical systems, ventilation equipment, and associated electrical systems. They will be responsible for ensuring that equipment operates safely and efficiently, identifying faults, carrying out remedial works, and maintaining compliance with relevant health and safety requirements. A valid Basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be required for this position. Key Responsibilities Inspect, maintain, repair, and service mechanical and ventilation systems. Carry out work on ventilation equipment, including fans, ductwork, air-handling units, and associated components. Assist with the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical and ventilation systems. Undertake electrical-related tasks within the scope of the candidate''s qualifications and competence.
