This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced mechanical engineer with a strong facilities maintenance background to take responsibility for the mechanical services across 6 care home facilities throughout North and East London and Essex, while leading and supporting a team of 8 engineers. Requirements NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related mechanical discipline, such as Plumbing or HVAC. Proven experience in a similar Lead Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Supervisor or Facilities Maintenance role. Strong facilities maintenance and building services background. Good knowledge of PPM, reactive maintenance and mechanical systems. Experience managing and leading engineers, contractors and subcontractors. Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills. Full UK driving licence. Comfortable working as a mobile engineer across multiple locations.
