IT Support Technician- Nantgarw - Hybrid - £12.21 per hour - IMMEDIATE START The Opportunity Yolk Recruitment has teamed up with a Business Consultancy who require a short term IT Support Technician who has great communication skills and is knowledgeable regarding Microsoft Office applications. What the IT Support Technician will will be doingThe ideal IT Support Technician will will be responsible for Providing 1st line technical support to 1000+ users globally, answering support queries via phone, email and face-to-face while maintaining a high degree of customer service in line with ITIL best practice Logging incidents with our external 3rd party service providers Assisting in updating the IT Support knowledge bank Logging calls into our ticket management system, taking ownership of user problems and being proactive when dealing with their issues Allocating more complex calls to the relevant teams where appropriate What the successful IT Support Technician will bring to the teamThis role is suitable for someone who has Excellent Communication skills A good knowledge of Microsoft Office A people focused approach What you will get in return £12.21 per hourHybrid working arrangement with 4 days on site37.5 hour working weekOffice hours 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday Think this one''s for you If you are a strong communicator and have a proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office I would like to hear from you, THIS ROLE WILL BE 4 DAYS A WEEK IN THE OFFICE.
