Description

• Lead HR-related project activity across governance, compliance and contract modernisation
• Provide expert advice on employment law and associated organisational impacts
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships and influence decision-making
• Identify, assess and mitigate organisational risks
• Ensure robust governance processes and compliance requirements are met
• Deliver multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining pace and quality
