We''re looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to join an established legal organisation based in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of recruitment operations, lead a dedicated internal recruitment team and work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure recruitment is effective, consistent and aligned with organisational priorities. Salary is up to £60,000 depending on experience and benefits include hybrid working, 33 days holiday including Bank Holidays and free car parking.
