Part-Tme Customer Service Advisor Salary: Up to 12.38/hour Location: Main base: Discovery Park. Weekend shifts: Margate location to avoid lone working Hours: 24 hours per week (4 days), flexible shift patternWe''re looking for a proactive and customer focused Customer Service Advisor to join a busy leisure and wellness operation. This part time role will give you the chance to be part of a supportive team, working with a variety of facilities and supporting members across multiple locations. The role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, enjoys building rapport with customers, and is comfortable learning and improving internal systems.Candidates must be able to drive and travel between sites as required. Duties:You''ll be the first point of contact for customers, managing queries, bookings, and membership administrationAnswering calls and emails promptlyLogging, resolving, or escalating customer enquiries ("tickets")Updating and maintaining the internal customer booking systemSupporting membership retention and cancellationsAssisting with promotions, sales, and member renewalsYou will also act as a systems champion, supporting colleagues with CRM usage, suggesting process improvements, and helping to make day-to-day operations more efficient.RequirementsPrevious customer service or sales experienceConfidence using CRM systems (Gladstone experience preferred, but not essential)Strong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and
