We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who is confident managing project documentation across mechanical and electrical (MandE) projects and is proficient in industry-leading document management platforms. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain project documentation, ensuring all drawings, specifications, reports, and technical records are accurately controlled. Administer document management systems, including Viewpoint 4P, Asite, Dalux, and Procore. Coordinate the issue, receipt, review, distribution, and revision of project documentation. Maintain document registers, trackers, transmittals, and revision histories. Ensure all documentation is correctly filed, version-controlled, and accessible to relevant stakeholders. Liaise with MandE project teams, consultants, contractors, and clients to support effective information flow. Monitor document submission deadlines and follow up on outstanding information.
